Public bug reported:
When running Checkbox, I find that at the point when power-
management/bluetooth_detect_after_suspend runs, the test bluetooth
/detect-output, which it's supposed to depend upon hasn't run yet -
meaning that it fails because the bluetooth/detect-output test hasn't
generated a file containing the dump of 'hcitool dev' which is meant to
be compared with the same dump after suspending.
