Hi All, Finally resolved the Issue.
After i assumed a Bug to be in Package "rfkill" i was disabused by doing a Bios-Firmware Upgrade on the Lenovo x121e (3045-6RG). Problems are gone, now this wonderful piece of hardware runs perfectly well.
