I disagree with the importance being set to High since it does not do
any of the following:

*Severe Impact on small portion of Ubuntu Users
*Makes Default Installation Unusable
*Hardware Based Bug
*Moderate impact on large portion of Ubuntu Users
*A bug which impacts accessibility of a core application <--- I do not think it 
impacts accessibility perhaps it makes a trivial difference but the functions 
of the core application still work it seems to be a cosmetic bug at best.

Suggest reduce importance to Medium.
