Would you have access to the dom0 of the XenServer? If yes, it would help to 
have the output of "xm log" or "xm dmesg" (or xl dmesg, if its using that 
stack).
Also it might be worth trying to compare with an older xen hypervisor than 
4.1.1. I am a bit busy right now, but I could try with 3.4.x.
Has that worked before (previous versions of the Lucid kernel and/or other 
XenServer versions)?
