Public bug reported:

When you exit a terminal or Ctrl+D, guake exits but if you call it again
with visibility key, the screen appears again but without a terminal.

In natty and prior, guake would simply bring up a brand new terminal if
I use the toggle visibility button, which is handy.

** Affects: guake (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
