Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open "Displays..." from system menu
2. Set Rotation to Clockwise/Counterclockwise
Result: unity launcher is cropped (see screenshot_1)
Expected: unity launcher is displayed correctly
3. Set Rotation to Normal
Result: right half of the screen is not used (see screenshot_2)
Expected: the whole screen is used after reverting to normal rotation
