It could be related to this report - my understanding is that UPnP is not very well specified/compatible and the Azureus wiki mentions that it should be disabled if Azureus keeps crashing or if your ISP disconnects every 24h or so. If it's causes you problems then you can disable it in Tools->Options->Plugins->UPnP. I would suggest that whilst the possibility remains that this is a separate bug (i.e. without having obtained the hotspot log), we only discuss your original problem in bug 83594 - otherwise it's easier to confused causes and harder to find relevant information.
