I have the same problem using Feisty. However, I think this problem is hardware related (poor electrostatic shielding of the pad especially on the iBook) and wonder if this can be handled by the software completely. I experience similar problems in Mac OS X, by the way.
There is a remark on the appletouch site, http://www.popies.net/atp/, indicating that the touchpad is very sensitive towards temperature changes and the drivers tries to handle that already. I don't know if that could be improved anyhow. ** Changed in: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu) Sourcepackagename: None => linux-source-2.6.20 -- touchpad fuziness on iBook https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/112374 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
