Public bug reported:

It seems that if I connect my camera it finds it, downloads the
pictures, etc. When I remove the device it is also fine. However, after
the initial connection, if I attempt to reconnect it there is a failure.
Usually a reboot resolves the issue but at present even after reboot it
is no longer recognizing my camera.
