I updated to 0.12.1 which supports the new gedit, but then it just fails with
/usr/bin/valac-0.12 -g --vapidir .. --vapidir . --pkg glib-assert --pkg afrodite-0.12 --pkg libvala-0.12 -C completion-manager.vala tests-basic.vala error: Package `glib-assert' not found in specified Vala API directories or GObject-Introspection GIR directories We don't ship that vapi package, and neither does Debian. At this point I don't want to waste more effort on this. The current package is useless in oneiric as it doesn't work with GEdit 3. I suggest to just remove it. ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #629537 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=629537 ** Also affects: valatoys (Debian) via http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=629537 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Summary changed: - valatoys version 0.10.3-1 failed to build in oneiric + please remove valatoys: broken, FTBFS ** Changed in: valatoys (Ubuntu Oneiric) Assignee: Martin Pitt (pitti) => (unassigned) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/832760 Title: please remove valatoys: broken, FTBFS To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/valatoys/+bug/832760/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
