I have the same problem. On 11.10 Libreoffice went wonky yesterday so I uninstalled it, purged oo and lo completely. Got rid of all of the leftover packages and tried to do a clean install from the repo's. Tried to force 3.4.2 since I read 3.4,3 was not complete yet. Could not get it to install. Spend time last night playing with dependencies in Synaptic but now luck. Also cannot intall oo either now since it depends on the lo file.
