Ubuntu 10.04 NetbookRemix When I boot my system after a short undefined
time the menu/title bar at the top of my screen disappears with visual
effects set to none.When I mouse over it the title menus pop up as
normal so I can fumble around my system. I have found that setting
visual effects to normal corrects the issue and the menu bar is back
until I reboot and then visual effects get reset to none and the whole
process starts again.
