Public bug reported:
I have installed Ubuntu 7.04 on an HP Pavalion 753N with an HP Deskjet
610CL attached to the printer port. Using System -> Administration ->
Printing, I attempted to add my printer. Printer -> AddPrinter takes me
to a wizard that does not detect my printer. Printer type = Local or
Detected Printer. Use a detected printer is selected, but a message in
the box below says no printers detected. The Deskjet is connected and
turned on. Since I am a noob, you can assume that the system is
unchanged from a fresh install. Thanks.
