Public bug reported: I can't boot my desktop with Oneiric live media. Prior versions like 11.04 and older or other distros boot just fine. I burned two CDs and one DVD to make sure that was not a disc problem, tried several times with a USB stick, re-downloaded the ISO a couple of times and the chekcsum was right.
