Sorry, this is not quite true. I see that the sos package depends on libreadline5 and libncurses5, libraries which have not yet been converted for multiarch in oneiric. So you would still need to install with dpkg --force-depends, and install ia32-libs if you want to use the /usr/bin/soscmd tool.
