If you believe these bugs are fixed, then I think as the Debian package maintainer you have some bug gardening to do. The URL I linked, <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=dtc;dist=unstable>, lists *only* the bugs that are shown in the BTS as affecting the version of the package in unstable.
