Public bug reported:

I noticed that upstart-udev-bridge was using 100% of one of my CPU
cores. I noticed this after a compiz crash; I'm not sure if the problem
was happening before the crash.

Attached is an strace log:
sudo strace -f -o upstart-udev-bridge.strace -v -p 291
