Public bug reported:

When using the Files & Folders Scope/Lens in the Dash, I am often unable
to "find" an existing folder. For example, if I open the Dash and then
select the Files & Folders icon and search for the folder "Public", or
"Home", or "Desktop", or "Templates" nothing is found. Yet these folders
exist and some of them have files in them.
