I haver installed oneiric in virtualbox and I too am having this issue except that it does not seem to unhide below the fullscreen app. It does not unhide at all. At first it did this then it suddenly worked but ONLY if I hold the mouse against the side. The top left hot corned did not instantly unhide the panel. I SERIOUSLY hope this is a bug and not a feature, there is no way that the only way to unhide the panel is to hold the cursor again the side. the hot corner MUST still be an option.
