Steps to reproduce:
- start program which "memorizes" its size (e.g. nautilus, firefox or 
thunderbird ... )
- resize it to ~85% or more size of the screen (but not maximized)
- close and restart window

- what I expect:
window starts with closing size

- what happened instead:
window starts maximized
