Public bug reported:

I get the following message when I copy a file in which name there is the Euro
symbol (€).
Here is the message translated from French: file not found while copying
"smb://g5/D....2079_.mht".

The exact name finish with " ...contre les 79€.mht".
The Euro symbol is replaced by underscore . I confirm also there is no "20" in
front of "79" in the real name.

The message in itself is not the problem (perhaps I miss a parameter to
make nautilus understanding fat32, ok). The problem is that nautilus
somewhat "hang". Click on Ignore, cancel or try again erase the message,
but the dialog box of the copy command stay and nothing is copied. You
need to close all nautilus windows to kill the copy.

I got the message while copying a whole directory in which there is the
file.

Then, when I list the files in the repertory, nautilus list the file
with " ...contre les 79_.mht" (without "20", with underscore).

I can select the file in the list. but if I right click on the name (to
choose a copy command), the file name disappear !

file is currently on a FAT32 disk (I guess) under windows 95. I am
running Ubuntu 7.04 for AMD64.
