Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

PRIORITY: LOW

When creating a new mail-folder with an upper case text and rename it
with the same text but lower case, a message pops up and displays the
folder already exists. You have to rename it to another name (folder2
i.e.) and then rename it again.
