How very odd. In theory this bug would be an issue in the compiz "move"
plugin. However I can confirm the bug does not occur in Gnome classic,
using the same compiz "move" plugin. Maybe there's something specific to
unity that is affecting how far the compiz "move" plugin is willing to
move windows?
