Public bug reported:

When I am connected to a wifi network and I plug in ethernet network,
internet stops working after a few seconds (an existing ping receives no
packets, and new connections fail). It works fine when I am connected by
ethernet and I then connect to the wifi. It started when I upgraded to
oneiric, it was working before. It is a nm problem: wicd worked just
fine in the same configuration.
