Mathieu: It has been quite a while since I dealt with this problem that I was having getting a friend's computer configured to work with his wireless Verizon account, so I have don't any longer have any of the detailed user info and Verizon account information.
I can tell you the way that I resolved it was by moving his computer from a Lucid installation to a 11-04 install (whatever the code name for that one is). Seems 11-04 has/shows listing of correct configuration for Verizon wireless account whereas Lucid does NOT. Problem for this seems to be in Lucid but NOT in 11-04. I would be glad to relate details of problem the best of my recall if you need. Thanks.
