My testing is showing that the ecryptfs bug is still there in a fully-updated Ubuntu 11.04 on x86_64 with this kernel:
Linux linux 2.6.38-11-generic #50-Ubuntu SMP Mon Sep 12 21:17:25 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Running md5sum repeatedly over the same 17GB ecryptfs directory gives different md5sums on some of the files on some of the runs.
