It is more a kdvi problem, dvi to ps works and the ps is ok. Also the pdf from the ps is ok. You can also look at the dvi with eviance.
Workaround: Dont't use eulervm while you are working on your paper. When it's finished, include eulervm but don't look at it. Make a ps and then a pdf and just look at the final pdf :) The dvi -> ps -> pdf was neseccary for me fot hyperrefs.
