agree this is not an Opinion, this has always been an item in ubuntu till natty, you dont even specify reasons for a "no-fix"...
bad way to dismiss a valid bug specially when ubuntu lacks any kind of guidance or introduction at all for a new user. specially such an alien OS to the majority of people. people dont use what they dont know how to use and go back to what they know. Education in any form is key.
