Public bug reported:

I selected the option to "Reinstall previous purchases" in the File
menu. It asked for my username and password, and after this, nothing
happened. And now, the list of apps for purchase is empty (it wasn't
empty previously). Further attempts to reinstall previous purchases have
the same result, and I can't restore the list of apps for purchase to
its previous state.
