Thanks for the bug report.

This seems to be a problem with the grafic driver / hardware detection.

You should be able to move the "where are you" and any other window by
pressing "Alt" and the left mouse button at the same time.

To allow us to change this behavior, please assist and provide the
following information:

open a terminal, and provide the output of:
1) lspci | grep VGA
2) sudo cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf | grep Driver

Did you try a "normal" installation or a installation within a virtual
machine (VMWare, Virtual PC, etc.)?
