Thanks Jane, Your system confirmed one issue, that the monitors are reconfigured while the greeter is running: [+0.12s] DEBUG: unity-greeter.vala:187: Monitor is 1440x900 pixels at 0,0 [+1.15s] DEBUG: unity-greeter.vala:187: Monitor is 1440x900 pixels at 0,300 So this is now fixed in unity-greeter 0.1.0.
