I put X-KDE-autostart-phase=0 in beryl-manager.desktop but in Kdesktop.desktop this line was inserted already. With this configuration beryl icon did not appear in system tray. But I don't know we Karamba started before beryl (Karamba starts whit manual saved session). I'm not very good in linux but somethere in forums I find out X-KDE- autostart-phase=1 says to start program before session restoration. So after changing beryl-manager.desktop Beryl manager is in system tray but again karamba starts faster than beryl. Maybe beryl manager starts to slow?
