hmm, i think we should also file a bug on lauchpad itself. the "incomplete" and "opinion" thing is getting ridiculously.
There should be some "pending input [DT]" status specially for the [Design Team] (or some other ) And depending on heat and duplicates, bugs should not be dismissed without correct feedback and/or would need a second person in charge to confirm, else after some time the status is invalidate and reverted back automatically.
