Public bug reported:
Install sigc++-1.2-dev and try to compile anything (I tested it with
paragui 1.1.8). The header paths should be
"sigc++1.2/sigc++/headername.h" instead of "sigc++/headername.h" since
it could conflict with sigc++2.0. Also, no sigcconfig.h is provided with
the package and it is essential for building purpose.
