This is still happening after today's and yesterday's updates. The update yesterday that broke the desktop by offsetting it ironically had working window borders, but today they are back to being broken while the desktop is back to being centered correctly. I have no idea what is doing this.....the unity top bar is literally eating the firefox and chromium browser borders. No other window borders just web browsers....please help me
