OMG who on earth thought that two packages dconf and dconf-tools should have the same executable name but completely different functionality?
With dconf-tools installed I get: /org/gnome/settings-daemon/plugins/power/idle-dim-battery=false /org/gnome/settings-daemon/plugins/power/sleep-display-ac=3600 /org/gnome/settings-daemon/plugins/power/sleep-display-battery=3600 >From Eugene's second command.
