I don't create the binary packages. The bug fix is committed to the testing source code branch. You didn't specify the version or branch of Kicad that you found the bug in so I don't know how far back the bug exits. If you are using version r2457 or later you should always paste the information from Help->Copy Version Information into your bug report.
