Exactly like in the bug #575817, after I have put a file (400 MB) in the Ubuntu 
One sync folder and it is uploaded (u1sdtool --current-transfers has shown that 
all bytes have been sent), u1sdtool –waiting-content
 shows the file still. Also The GUI on Nautilus mark the file as still being 
synced. The web interface does not list the file, though time stamp has 
probably changed. I have been able to reproduce this with several large files. 
The syncing also stops leaving other (large) files without being synced. 

The command
u1sdtool --waiting-metadata | wc -l 
gives: 
0
