Hi Till. I tried another PC again, but this time with the HP. Now the print was scaled correctly, although the quality was not as good as in Windows with photoret mode. Then I tried a print to Brother using the different PC on USB and it failed. Then I tried wifi print to Brother same settings and it printed no error, but quality was poor. Not sure if thats any help. To finalise, if these are driver error, would you contract to Brother if they wanted your services to fix Linux drivers? If yes, would you need a Brother printer, or could you work it with me as tester?
I cant imagine HP being interested in the PSC1210 as its well out of used by date. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/865871 Title: Print dialog between CP and final print inconsistent To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/865871/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
