Maybe this bug is produced by a malfunction of the webcam driver (webcam Logitech Quickcam Fusion)? I've got the same bug under Oneiric when I connect my webcam (which works due to another bug just by unplugging and replugging the webcam, see bug #865131). When I reboot after connecting the webcam pulseaudio doesn't work.
