Public bug reported: I don't know if this should be a Unity bug. If you have R Commander installed on your system, you will notice that starting it will make two entries in unity panel. The program does start two windows: one for GUI and one for Command line "behind the scenes". However, the one for the GUI does not even have an icon (question mark appears instead). For me it feels natural that it should be grouped into one entry in the panel.
The bug is easily reproduced: you just have to install R Commander from USC and start it.
