Public bug reported:
There is no direct link to report for bugs on launchpad.net ,
bugs.launchpad.net or any related page on launchpad. I know we can
bookmark the link https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+filebug/?no-
redirect for regular use but for a user who have never been here before
he will get lost in the never ending links but will never find the page
to report bugs !
