Additional informations : The problem occurs when nautilus is not the only one associated with mime type inode/directory in "Added Associations" section, even if the line inode/directory=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop is copied in "default applications" section. So, the list in right-click on a folder -> open with another application has to have "files" as unic item. It is possible to remove the others graphically by right click -> forget association
