Public bug reported: I have used the Windows application Memory Map under Wine for years and it has always worked well for me, through several upgrades of Kubuntu.
Yesterday, I upgraded my system to Kubuntu 11.10 by a clean installation (retaining my /home partition) and today I re-installed Wine. When I launch Memory Map I get a dialog headed 'Program Error' that says 'The program MMNav.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry....' The supporting info simply points me to the wine beg reporting tool. I posted a bug report there (http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28727) and their response was to ask if I had reported the bug to you. Since this has worked for so long, I have no idea what version of Wine was running on 11.04, but clearly something has changed. Any help as to what to look for and how I can get more info about the problem would be appreciated. ** Affects: wine1.3 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/875565 Title: Application 'Memory Map' no longer works in 11.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine1.3/+bug/875565/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
