** Description changed:

When the bitlbee-plugin-otr package is installed, Bitlbee won't start
  anymore:

  # service bitlbee start
Starting BitlBee IRC/IM gateway: bitlbee/usr/sbin/bitlbee: symbol lookup
error: /usr/lib/bitlbee/otr.so: undefined symbol: otrl_init

Also I thought OTR was build-in Bitlbee since 3.0? Do we need the extra
- OTR package?
+ OTR package? Without the bitlbee-plugin-otr package installed the
+ service runs fine, only OTR seems unavailable:
+
+ <@Semerkhet> otr info
+ <@root> Unknown command: otr. Please use help commands to get a list of
available commands.
