  Test with:

  ./bar mutt -f imap://user@host/INBOX
  
  Then run with konsole:
  konsole --tabs-from-file foo
  
  Trying to escape the colon or use "..." yield funny but unhelpful
  results. There is probably a host of other characters that don't work as
  expected either.
