Concerning the Dash, the text says:

           For example, if you type the word, "document" in to the
Search Bar, . . .

There should no comma after "word" (the comma is grammatically
unjustified and intrusive), and "into" should be one word. (See "into/
in to" at www.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/into.html.)
