I am using Beryl with Workspace Switcher 2.18.1, it seems that Beryl has is own desktops that it switches between, so when you use Workspace Switcher and Beryl, you actually get the two numbers multiplied to make how ever many desktops that is. (In this case 16) So I'm not quite sure if this is a Beryl Problem of a Workspace Switcher problem, because it involves both.
