I'm having the same issue, I made a video to illustrate the problem. However gtk recordmydesktop was giving me a hard time recording both of my screens so there are some corruptions, most noticeable the fact that only the left upper side of the menus show. However it does show the problem.
On the left monitor the menus behave very unpredictable, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Mostly, after the click, the menu just pops up and immediately disappear again.
