I'm getting the same error but it appears that ia32-libs is not the issue for me.
Trying to upgrade from the command line (after replace natty with oneiric in /etc/apt/sources.list) gives me the following error: $ sudo apt-get update ... $ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade Reading package lists...
